RIVNE GREEN INDUSTRIAL PARK is initiated and majority-owned by an experienced international development and management platform, combining German industrial, logistics and real estate expertise with strong local execution capabilities in Ukraine.
The majority shareholder and initiator of the project is based in Germany and brings decades of hands-on experience across production, logistics, procurement optimization and institutional real estate development. As founder and driving force behind the project, the German shareholder has built Germany's leading consulting platform for procurement and logistics, supporting industrial companies, logistics operators and large corporates across Europe in optimizing supply chains, production costs and operational performance.
In parallel, the same group is currently establishing a leading advisory platform for public funding, grants and development finance in Ukraine, working closely with international institutions and donor organizations. This expertise is directly embedded into the project, enabling the integration of public funding instruments, development finance and institutional capital structures from the outset.
The development platform is complemented by Ukrainian partners with extensive experience as developers and operators of logistics and industrial facilities across Ukraine, contributing deep local market knowledge, construction expertise and regulatory execution capability.
